Getting Dressed - Running Errands

Let’s Get Dressed!

This week I am going to share daily looks that you can put on repeat in your closet. Easy outfits that you can make with pieces that you already own, or create by adding just a few things to your wardrobe.

The goal is to make casual look cute. You are grocery shopping, dropping kids off and picking them up, switching over laundry, running to an appointment, etc. You are busy getting it done, but you are in and out of the house and would like to feel somewhat put together and dressed for the day.

What You’ll Need

pullover - fashion sweatshirt or fashion activewear or fashion leisure
leggings or joggers - activewear or basic knit/cotton
layering top - knit tee or tanks
sneakers - casual trainers or fashion sneakers

How I Styled It

Tips + Tricks

1. Add an accessory to your hair. Tie a bandana around your top knot, wear a cute scrunchi, toss on a a headband, etc.
2. Wear your essential everyday jewelry. A pair of small hoops or studs, and a layering necklace will go a long way.
3. When choosing a pullover look for something with texture, a surprise detail, or touch of pattern/print.
4. Avoid actual workout shoes. Try to find a pair that has a more style than function, but still delivers comfort.
