Lindsey's Spring Staples
Spring Style Must Haves for Lindsey!
Tis the season to start resetting our wardrobes. When the temps start to take a turn for the better, and the sun is out longer, there are a few seasonal staples I always make sure are ready to go in my closet.
I am a mom of 3 who is constantly on the go between meeting with clients, running errands, and wiping boogers off my kids faces.
To help me feel put together yet able to function for my everyday life, here are a few staples I have as my spring go-to’s!

The Old Navy Swing Tank
This is honestly one of the best casual knit tanks out there. I have one in every style, and every color! I love this as a layer under jackets and cardigans while we’re waiting for temps to get above freezing consistently, then come summer it turns into my uniform with denim shorts.
Fashion Sneakers
I am a sucker for a pair of fashion sneakers. I love the look of some fresh sneaks with cropped jeans and casual tee. Fashion sneakers are also a go-to for me with spring dresses. Need some no show socks to wear with them, I have these here.
Denim Jacket
If i’m being truthful my denim jacket is on stand by all year long. But more than ever I wear it in spring. Remember that Old Navy tank, I wear it with that. Along with dresses, over fashion tops and blouses, with my joggers and tees, leggings and loose tops. You see where this is going, I wear it with everything everyday in the spring!
Fashion Baseball Cap
I am a sporty style girl at heart. My go-to look on days I’m running errands and chores around the house, is always a pair of activewear leggings and tank. I’m probably throwing on my denim jacket too (😉), and most likely I haven’t washed my hair in a week. In comes a canvas baseball hat into complete the look! It helps me feel put together when a shower is on the to-do!
Lightweight Cardigan, In A Pop Of Color
If you’ve followed the Build Your Best Wardrobe system you’ve hopefully complete the Wardrobe Essentials Checklist in your closet. On that list are your basic tees, in neutral colors and some pattern. A lightweight cardigan in a pop of color is the perfect piece to transition those knit through spring into summer! A pop of color will feel fresh in your closet as the days get warmer and longer.
Casual Fashion Tops + Blouse
I love to add a few new tops with pattern and detail to my closet this time of the year. Once the weather isn’t trying to murder me when I step out the door, a nice blouse or top feels refreshing after having to wear a hundred layers and heavy sweaters.
