Target Pull On Short Try-On

Who wants to wear shorts? Ok, maybe that was a trick question… I know many don’t want to wear shorts, but do out of necessity. It’s hot, it’s humid, and we have no time to be sticky and uncomfortable this summer. Well there are many more options out there for the short hesitant this summer. If one of the pain points for you and shorts is having something restricting at the waist, I’ve got a few solutions. Pull on shorts are not hard to find this season. Honestly I was tripping over them at Target the other day. Unfortunately many sizes and styles were sold out in the store 😭 , but I managed to grab a few from the Universal Thread collection.

I love the longer length paired with the rounded hem on these. That small detail help give some shape the leg! They have a soft and stretch fabric, giving tons of room. If you are an apple or straight shape think about going down a size, they are roomy!I’m in an XL.

The cut on these is perfect for a straight and apple shape, but the fabric doesn’t have much grace. Not a ton of stretch so I suggest going up a size if you are apple or bottom curvy. If you carry curve in the hip you might find these snug, or you can shop the plus size for a better cut in the hip! I’m in an XL and need an XXL.

This patch pocket style was a no go for this apple shape. The seam of the patch pocket starting curving in under my belly, which is the opposite way it’s suppose to fit. If you are straight shape or have bottom curve give these a try!I’m in an XXL.
